The AC12A2 Converter/Filter accepts AC or DC input voltage and delivers true, filtered and stable 12vdc. It offers up to in excess of 1500mA of current draw. It offers a cost effective solution for powering a wide variety of our 12V DC LED products from 12V AC transformers. It also accepts DC voltages from 17-17 VDC.

The AC12A2 offers an input voltage range of 12V to 13V AC or 15V to 17V DC, allowing its use with a wide variety of our LED products. Its 20 W capacity can drive many LED fixtures together at the same time efficiently, effectively and dependably.

The AC12A2 is a full wave with suppression circuitry allowing a 15 amp surge for 1.4 seconds. It is then filtered, regulated to 12vDC and filtered again for noise and ripple, leaving a clean and stable DC environment for 12vdc LED products. This product is intended for use with 12VDC LED products only

The AC12A2 circuitry and mounting brackets are embedded in a highly insulative epoxy based resin. Module diameter is 1.50" at .650" tall. Mounting hole is 2.31" O.C. 6" color coded leads are provided for easy install. Connects between power source and LED fixtures. Mounting hardware is not included.
