Information for Non-US Destinations

Note:
International customers must read and understand this page. When you place
an order with us for shipment outside of the US, you agree to all of the following
terms and conditions. | We
appreciate business
from International customers. Unfortunately we can not ship to every international
destination and will notify you via email if we can not fulfill your order. If
we can not, your information will be deleted and your card will not be billed.
We
accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard. Wire transfers are also accepted
for larger orders. Email us if you would like to arrange a wire. CustSvc@theledlight.com
Please
place your order online through
our secure server. We do not accept telephone orders from customers outside
of the US. A valid e-mail address is required so we can contact you if there are
any problems with your order. Your daytime telephone number is required for the
shipping documents. The CVV2 code (last three numbers
on the signature panel of the card) are required for international orders. Taxes,
duty, customs fees, broker fees, delivery agent charges and so forth which may
be assessed in your country are not included in what we will bill you
and are your responsibility. If you have not ordered from the US before,
we suggest you check with your Customs Office and/or the local address of the
carrier so you can be aware of any charges which may be payable by you upon receipt
of the package. - If
packages are held by your country's customs office, or your local delivery agent,
it is your responsibility to
locate the package and arrange for delivery once clearance has been approved.
- Check with
your customs office to make sure you have an import license for the goods
you are ordering if a license is needed.
- If
you refuse the package or if it is returned to us for any reason, we will
credit you for the amount of the merchandise if and when the merchandise is
recovered by us. 17% restocking charge applies. We will not refund freight
out. Freight back to us is assessed as well. It will be deducted from your credit.
So, if you don't know, please check with
your customs office and the shipper about other charges which may be payable by
you when the package arrives.
- It
is your responsibility to
be aware of customs procedures and any restrictions which may apply to receiving
goods in your country. All international orders are double checked before leaving
our premises. We do not refund or replace items that
have been confiscated by foreign customs.
- All
International Customers must add shipping to the shopping cart from this page.
- Backorders
are infrequent. International customers orders will be held until the order
is complete. We will notify you of any unexpected lengthily delays.
- Package
tracking number and copy of the invoice will be e-mailed to you on the ship
date.
The
rates below are estimates for a package weighing one pound or less. Rate
may be more depending on your location and the weight and value of the package.

us. The rates below do not include tax, duty or any other charges which may
be collected from you at delivery.
UPS
International Expedited Services: The fastest, customs cleared service. No
added brokerage charges. Rate is estimated and may be more based on weight, value and destination. If you would like a rate quote in
