Ordering and Shipping Information for Non-US Destinations

Note: International customers must read and understand this page. When you place an order with us for shipment outside of the US, you agree to all of the following terms and conditions

We frequently ship to Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, and most of Europe. Customers in other countries, please email us prior to submitting your order online.. 

We will email you with shipping options based on weight, value and destination. You must reply to our email to select a shipment method and approve the related charge. 

Shipping options:  US Express Mail - 3-5 business days, US Priority Mail - 6-10 business days, and Fedex International.

We accept American Express, Visa and Master Card. Wire transfers are also accepted for larger orders. Email us if you would like to arrange a wire

Check with your customs office to make sure you have an import license for the goods you are ordering if a license is needed. 

Please place your order online through our secure server. We do not accept telephone orders from customers outside of the US. TheLEDLight.com is based in the USA. We speak English and do not want to make errors in your address or order contents.

A valid e-mail address is required so we can contact you if there are any problems with your order. Your daytime telephone number is required for the shipping documents. The CVV2 code (last three numbers on the signature panel of the card) are required for all orders. 

Taxes, duty, customs fees, broker fees, delivery agent charges and so forth which may be assessed in your country are not included in what we will bill you and are your responsibility. If you have not ordered from the US before, we suggest you check with your Customs Office and/or the local address of the carrier so you can be aware of any charges which may be payable by you upon receipt of the package. 

If packages are held by your country's customs office, or your local delivery agent, it is your responsibility to locate the package and arrange for delivery once clearance has been approved. 

If you refuse the package or if it is returned to us for any reason, we will credit you for the amount of the merchandise if and when the merchandise is recovered by us. We will not refund freight out. Freight back to us is assessed as well. It will be deducted from your credit. So, if you don't know, please check with your customs office and the shipper about other charges which may be payable by you when the package arrives. 

It is your responsibility to be aware of customs procedures and any restrictions which may apply to receiving goods in your country. 

All international orders are double checked for accuracy and product functionality before leaving our premises. We do not refund or replace items that have been confiscated by foreign customs

Back orders are infrequent. International customers orders will be held until the order is complete. We will notify you of any unexpected lengthily delays. Package tracking number and copy of the invoice will be e-mailed to you on the ship date.
