Shipping Information for USA, US Territories, APO's and FPO's
TheLEDLight.com accepts orders from individuals, companies and organizations. There is no minimum dollar amount for your order. Order a little ... order a lot ... we appreciate your business.

Most orders ship within 1 business day. If you need something in a hurry, email us at sales@TheLEDLight.com. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Same day shipping for urgent Next Day delivery can usually be handled if received by noon Pacific Time. Be sure to contact us after you have placed your order online if you are requesting same day service.
Our shopping cart will calculate shipping cost based on weight, value and destination for US customers except for unusually heavy packages. We will contact you if there is a shipping cost difference.
Shipping Methods: Priority Mail, UPS Ground, Fedex 3 Day, Fedex 2nd Day and Fedex Next Day are available during checkout. If you would like to use UPS expedited services or Express Mail, please contact us.
APO/FPO and US Territories - Your orders go via US Priority Mail at insured cost. We will adjust the charge to your card if an APO/FPO customer has inadvertently selected UPS ground or Fedex. Customers in US Territories, Priority Mail is generally the most economical way to ship your package, but FedEx is also available. We will contact you with a quote.
Methods of Payment:
We accept Discover Card, American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. Your debit card is also welcome if it bears a Visa or MasterCard logo and can also be used as a charge card.
We accept "Check By Phone" from US Customers.
You can also pay by check or money order. To do this, use our shopping cart as if you were going to place your order online. You will see a button that says "Generate Mail In Order Form" on the screen after you are asked to "Review Final Ordering Information". Simply print that form and mail it to us with your check or money order.
Order by Fax: If you would prefer to fax your credit card information, you may send that to us at 1-775-841-4491. This is a dedicated fax line in a secure area. To generate your order form, please follow the instructions in the previous paragraph for payment by check or money order.
Purchase Orders are not accepted. We do not accept terms and conditions attached to Purchase Orders faxed or mailed in for reference purposes.
You will receive an email on the date your order ships with tracking number if applicable. Expect your package within 3-6 business days.
Any claims of non receipt must be filed with us no later than 7 business days after the ship date. Damage in transit claims must be filed within 24 hours of receipt of the package.
Refused Shipments: If for any reason you refuse delivery or do not respond to a delivery notice, your card will be credited less freight both ways - actual cost. Restocking charge may also apply.
Non Stock Items, individual (discreet) LEDS, or stock items in large quantity, are not returnable.
