Cosmos 1 Watt and 3 Watt Rechargeable Flashlights are a complete kit with 2 types of battery charging - auto and 120vac adapter. It includes the Smart Charger with a microprocessor controlled charging circuit that will charge and maintain battery level at maximum until the flashlight is put to use. The flashlight also contains a protection circuit to prevent over-discharge of the battery. Here are the other major features of the 607X1 and the 607X3:

L5 5-Watt LED Headlamp
that features the 5-watt Luxeon K2 LED, one of the brightest and most durable high powered LEDs on the market. The Luxeon K2 LED projects the light beam 246 feet away, and the 6.0v NiMH cell powers it for 50 hours for that distance (high brightness level).
