TheLEDLight.com Return Policy and Product Return Information
If something's gone wrong, we'd like to make it simple and easy for you to get help. Please read our brief return policy below before returning an item to us.
- Most products are covered by at least one year warranty against defects in workmanship. Exceptions to that are clearly stated on the product page. For example, transformers and dimmers are warrantied for 90 days.
- Certain products, as clearly stated on the related product page are not returnable. This applies to Bargain Basement Goods, Special Orders, and certain items like discreet (which means loose or component parts) such as 3 and 5mm LEDs, Luxeon LEDs, Rebels, Crees on round or star boards, and others we may offer from time to time.
- If you simply decide you do not like a product, you may return it for refund within 15 business days of receipt. Otherwise, a store credit will be issued which can be applied to the purchase of any other item in our store.
- We do not provide return shipping labels or reimburse for same unless a shipping error is involved. You can use the most inexpensive
means of postal mail or ground service to ship us your return.
- We reserve the right to charge up to a 17% restocking
charge depending upon the condition in which the product is returned to us. Please be sure to include all original, undamaged packaging, instruction sheets, and so forth.
- Restocking
charge is waived if you exchange for something of equal or greater value or wish to have us issue a store credit
for future purchases at TheLEDLight.com.
- You will need an RMA number before returning your product. Please be sure to email us as requested below before dispatching any goods
