TheLEDLight.com Return Policy and Product Return Form

  • Returns for any reason must be accompanied by a Product Return Form.
  • Product Return Form is valid up to 15 week days after receipt of goods for returns or exchanges. If you have a warranty issue, the form is good as long as the warranty applies. Click here for warranty information. Warranty means repair or replace. Items are not eligible for refund after 15 days.
  • Reflectors for LEDs, 3mm LEDs, 5mm LEDs, Luxeon LEDs and Cree LEDs will not be accepted for return! Any special order products will not be accepted for return!
  • In the rare case that you received an incorrect item due to our shipping error, do not use this form. Email us at custsvc@TheLEDLight.com for help.
  • We do not provide return shipping labels or reimburse for same unless a shipping error is involved. You can use the most inexpensive means of postal mail or ground service to ship us your return.
  • A 17% restocking charge applies to any item(s) being returned for refund. These items are not resold as new merchandise but are sold in our Bargain Basement.
  • 17% restocking charge is waived if you exchange for something of equal or greater value or wish to have us issue a store credit for future purchases at TheLEDLight.com. These items are not resold as new merchandise. However, we appreciate your business and will waive this charge.
  • Please be sure to put a copy of this form in the box with your return.
  • Write your Invoice or Sales Receipt Number prominently on the outside of the box. This is your Return Authorization Number. Packages without an Invoice or Sales Receipt number written on the outside of the box will be returned to sender.
  • Do not return any merchandise in any type of container which will not protect the product from mishandling. Always use a protective box. Do not return merchandise in envelopes or other flimsy packaging. Credit will not be given for merchandise which arives in damaged condition due to improper packaging.
