Warranty Information

Most of our LED Flashlights and LED Flashlight replacement bulbs are covered by a Manufacturer's Limited Lifetime Warranty which covers everything except batteries (including manufacturer supplied starter batteries) and abuse except as noted elsewhere for specific lights. See product detail pages.

LED fixtures and arrays are covered by a 1 Year Warranty as long as you have purchased the appropriate regulated 12VDC power supply for the devices. A regulated transformer is required for all purchases products which operate at 12VDC. The regulated transformer will deliver 12.0 volts to the listed products, and will have the 1 year warranty be applied should the product fail due to defective materials. If you wish to NOT purchase the regulated transformer from us, no warranty claim will be accepted. Go here for the Regulated Transformers and other LED lighting controls.

When installing fixtures, arrays, strips, clusters or any LED product which have a total of 6 or more standard 5mm LEDs, always use a Regulated Transformer, and a dimmer even if you will not use the dimming function. The dimmer contains a PWM/pulse width modulation component which will allow maximum life of the LEDs. See What Is... for the definition of PWM.  Both components activate Your Warranty for 1 year. And, if you install more than 6 fixtures with 12 or more LEDs on one circuit, follow this wiring diagram.

Solar panels are warranted for 3 years, the fan motors for 2 years, and the LED lights, batteries, controls in the power stations are covered by a one year warranty.
